Morten Tyldum hailed his wife on the red carpet – Seoghør.no
– Janne has been my biggest supporters, said Morten Tyldum on the red carpet at the Oscars.
EOGHØR.NO: During the night Oscar show it can become Norwegian cheers in HolIywood. Torill Kove has been nominated for the short film “Me and my Moulton.” But most most chances to win are Morten Tyldum. Blockbuster “The Imitation Game” has been nominated for eight different Academy Awards.
And Tyldum and his wife Jane was among the first who arrived on the red carpet.

– You have to you a wonderful date? Who is it? Ask AP on your live broadcast from the red carpet.
– This is my wife, Jane. She is wearing a stunning dress. We look forward to end award season with a fun night, says Norwegian Morten Tyldum on the red carpet.
– Who has been your biggest support? – Janne has been my biggest support. We are a team, says Tyldum.
Here in this country we have not exactly been very spoiled when it comes to Oscar victories. But twice Norway has been able cheer.
In 1951 Stuck Thor Heyerdahl and Olle Nordemar of Oscar award in the film “Kon Tiki” category Best Documentary. Then it went 56 years before Torill Kove in 2007 won a statuette for the film “The Danish Poet” in the category of best animated short. But never have any Norwegian director was nominated as many times as Tyldum movie.

Fantastic reception
– You are always nervous on how a film is received. The reception has been fantastic! Says Tyldum on the red carpet.
The Norwegian director opened up up about his next film.
– I love my next project, “Pass Angers”, with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt. I just waited for the last confirmation. It is an important story to tell. I hope it will be my next film, said Tyldum.
When asked what they most looking forward to after the awards season is over, says his wife “a massage”, while Tyldum will sleep.
