After several reminders on the financial statements from 2013, the Trine grunge company Chills As, having been notified of enforced liquidation of Accounts in Brønnøysund.
The company has not yet delivered accounts for 2013, writes Dram Tidende.
– If complete financial statements is not received before 15 May 2015, the Register covet compulsory liquidation, says director Lise Dahl Karlsen by Brønnøysundregistrene in a statement.
Trine Grung on his side today claim to TV 2 that the accounts are delivered.
– Everything from 2013 is now delivered and should be fine. This company has not been in use without me thus say it is okay to not deliver it, is a subject to supply. I use other companies today, and have done so long, says Trine Grung TV 2.
Tvangsavvlikling is in reality the same as bankruptcy.
Trine Grung has for years worked closely with the largest bloggers. Chills AS was established in 2011 with Grung as general manager and owner.
The company works with campaigns in social media for businesses. She has taught web structure, camera training and digital marketing.
Trine Grung was presenter of TVNorge in the period from 2005 to 2008.
In 2008, she would lead the program Makeover: Mother and daughter on TVNorge, but did not renew the contract after she had criticized TVNorge colleague Elin Tvedt on his blog.
