Pål Gunnar Mikkelsplass is proud wife’s efforts in “Masters champion.” Tonight she busted out of the competition.
SEOGHØR.NO: Saturday was the former cross-country star Marit Mikkelsplass (49) who had to pack your bags and leave participant house to “Masters champion” on Mediterranean island of Sicily.
Only weeks before it was her husband Pål Gunnar Mikkelsplass (53) turn to leave the competition, which came as a surprise for him.
– I think even that I busted some premature, says Pål reason Look and Listen, when we met him together with his wife after they were both knocked out.
Although Paul Gunnar is known under the name “Bromma express” due to his rapid pace as cross country skier could still his wife to get a bit farther than him in the competition.
– Marit was very clever! I am very proud that she was beyond me. I had not believed, he says with a smile.

Influenced each other
Marit and Pål Gunnar kids Marte (11) and Christian (15) together, and cross couple is happy that they did share “Masters champion” with each other.
– We were a bit synchronous on exercises. If Pål Gunnar let go, I did it too. Man has lost a bit of concentration. But all in all it was just as positive together, says Marit.
The couple has previously admitted to See and Hear that they had a little secret alliance in the competition.
– We can say that we had a deal on the trip. If one came last and had to choose one to “night test,” so we did not get to choose each other, said Pål Gunnar.
– We had another advantage before the others were very well known because we could rely on each other and share a little, chimed Marit.
