(Dagbladet): In June, Tommy Steine (45) acquitted by the lower romerike District Court, and did not have to pay 1.9 million to the Santander Consumer Bank. The bank was also ordered to pay court costs Steines at 294,301 crowns.
– I approach full stop on a three-year hell, he told Dagbladet then.

Now type Today’s Market the bank appealed the verdict at the end of last week, and that the case therefore appears to Eidsivating Appeal.
The case concerns a Bilhandel Steine made with used car store Auto Forum in 2011 Steine bought a BMW and a Range Rover, fully funded by Santander.
Steine felt defrauded, and claimed that he had a buyback agreement with Auto Forum which meant that they were buying the cars back after one year.
– Lovely to be believed
It all ended in a court case in early June, where the Santander Consumer Bank demanded 1.4 million of him.
After it had become known that Steine was acquitted in the initial hearing, he said the following to Dagbladet:
– I think it’s great to be believed, in the knowledge that the case can be appealed. Nevertheless, this is a very clear sign that I’m approaching sentence on a three-year hell.
