- 14 participants gathered in a time capsule where everything is as it was 250 years ago, in the midst of today’s Bergen.
- Seven women and seven men will live together and compete against each other, work out up from poverty and toil, to riches and honor.
- The goal is to win Borger Letters, which was reserved for the few in 1764, and to do so, they must master the city!
- For ten weeks, they learn new skills, living as their ancestors and know at a time when everything was completely different.
- They start as apprentices then work up from Svenn to Master, and own efforts crucial for reaching the top.
- They must also fight for their place through challenging tournaments and duels, and each week must loser leave “Anno”!
- Finally just stands one again – the best byborger and the winner of “Anno 1764″!
