Photographer Per Heimly lived so unhealthy that he had social anxiety, and fearing a heart attack.
SEOGHØR.NO: Saturday night swung Per Heimly (42) on TV 2-parquet in “Shall We Dance” for the second time.
It was Norwegian presenter Kash King (25) was the first man to leave the dance competition. This means that celebrity photographer, who initially did not want to participate in the program, you get more time to the activity that has turned his life on its head.
– I feel suddenly shit slim (… ) I am more intensified in the head, and for some reason I take better pictures, telling it now dance and fitness saved Heimly VG.
Since before summer 42-year-old dropped just over ten pounds, and the goal is to lose twenty kilos – regardless of when he bust out of “Shall We Dance”.

– I came to the conclusion that there is a chance to get in shape. It is in many ways my last hope in life to get started with exercise, he said then.

Strong social anxiety
Opposite VG photographer admits that the physical shape of his past was so bad that he struggled mentally.
– I was physically and mentally run down and had social anxiety. Going to the store or take the tram was absolutely terrible (…) I have lived a rock, unhealthy and disruptive life with little sleep and much stress. If I had not taken a hold now, it had certainly required a heart attack for me to do it. It was life and death, he frankly told VG.
This is the not the first time Per Heimly have tried to overcome the weight.
Last year, he and partner Ari Behn (41) that they were overweight when they worked with the recording of TVNorge program “Ari and Per solve world problems.” But at that time did not slim-camp they attended decisive results. Today Pers setting for physical activity more serious.
– I do like to yoga first, then work out at the gym before the dance, revealing Per Heimly to VG.
Currently, he trains three hours dancing every day along with dance partner Therese Cleve-Stiansen.
