Harket has in over three decades, since a-ha was formed in 1982, has been one of the principal profiles in Norwegian music business that’s forever. It wants “The Voice”-production to take advantage of.
Morten has been referred to as the holder of one of the world’s best voices and will be able to contribute in a distinctive way in working with artistutvikling of new talents in The Voice, ” says program director Jarle Neck in TV 2 at TV2.no.

In a post on the official Instagram account of a-ha published on Monday evening, says Morten Harket the following in a video clip:
- Hello! I called Morten. And I have said yes to being a mentor in The Voice, Norway, 2017. And that could be interesting, ” he says into the camera.
The Norwegian version of the sangkonkurranse concept has been sent on TV 2 three times previously, in 2012, 2013 and 2015.
Hanne Sørvaag, Sondre Lerche, Yosef Wolde-Mariam, Espen Lind, Tommy Tee, Lene Nystrøm and Morten Harkets colleague from a-ha, Magne furuholmen and many, have all been mentors of “The Voice”.
Who will with Harket as mentors in the upcoming season, is not yet known.
