Tom Erik (27) has a loan of 1.5 million, entirely without own property – Page2

(page2): Tom Roger is only 27 years old and has a debt of 1.5 million, despite the fact that he does not own his own apartment, or some other form of large values.

It all began when he was 18 years old bought his own Opel Calibra and sold it with a big deficit to buy a new car. Then ballet it upon himself, and finally he had taken out a loan of 220,000 maternal, to afford a deposit on their apartment.

The money to his mother, however, was never repaid, for when he sold the apartment he chose to invest the money for the sale of his own company, and now he goes with 10,000 dollars in losses every month.

– This is a financial situation that would upsetting anyone, says Hallgeir Kvadsheim.

Thought not consequences

As Hallgeir point in the episode, Tom Roger breaking through everyday by tapping BSU account for money, max out credit cards, and by borrowing money from close and loved ones.

– I was not thinking of the consequences of the choices I made. I thought only of the passport nice there and then, and not what the consequences would bring. Now I think more about how I can pay for things I buy, says Tom Roger to Page2.

Tom Roger left home already when he was 16 years old, and when he borrowed 200,000 crowns of mother to buy an apartment, he thought not that the money was earmarked just housing.

– When I sold the apartment and spent the money on other things rather than to repay the loan to her, it is clear it becomes difficult to talk about. I have taken part stupid choice just because I have not thought about the consequences. It has been important for me to keep me updated on other things in life, he says.

– You have burned part bridges when you took out loans for both car and home without paying off the loan by selling. You earn a third of what is needed to pay off this debt within five years, says Hallgeir Tom Roger.

Took seriousness

During episode becomes clear that Hallgeir and the rest of the team in Luxury Trap responds that Tom Roger did not show any emotion when talking about his consumption.

– It is clear that sank when I sat there but I’m a little bad at showing emotions. I can handle things by keeping them for myself, says Tom Roger to Page2.

Even when Hallgeir suggested that Tom Roger was practically forced to sell everything he owns and before they have ability to negotiate with creditors, showed Tom Roger the commitment they were looking for.

– He shows no sign of understanding, and it scares me a bit, says Hallgeir.
