(Dagbladet): Earlier this afternoon Dagbladet published an article that Crown Princess Mette-Marit (41) today published a video on his Instagram profile, the son Marius Borg Høiby (17).

“Now that there has been some talk about the Norwegian youth … I think we have so much to be proud of. All the beauty that each day sitting for many hours of homework to get through school. All those beautiful boys and girls who feel they do not fit in, all those who volunteer for other people to get better. I cheer for Norwegian youth. You are good enough. We are proud of you! Good weekend … And enjoy yourselves with this one! #vierstolte #norway “, wrote Mette-Marit picture.

– Not encouraging

After Dagbladet published article, the crown princess tweeted a message to the newspaper.

“And I do not think this type of coverage is particularly encouraging .. Norwegian youth deserve to hear that they are good enough!” she wrote on her Twitter profile.

“Seems newspaper chooses an image that is not representative of what I’m trying to do, to tell young people that they are good enough” , she continues.

Communications at the castle, Marianne Hagen explains Dagbladet that it was Dagbladet imagery Mette-Marit reacted.

The article had the main picture of Mette-Marit, as well as a screenshot from the video of Marius Borg Høiby where he has thumbs up and stretch out your tongue.

Challenging Dagbladet

– Crown Princess Dagbladet challenge to create a proper series of reports about the great Norwegian youth. It is time that they get to know that they are good enough, says Mette-Marit through Marianne Hagen.

Many have now commented tweet and asked the Crown Princess of what she responds to.

“But his pose is how Norwegian youth looks! Genuine! Do not understand your reaction “, writes Mathias Fischer, whereupon Mette-Marit answers:

” I agree, but I still think the picture is misleading in relation to my point “ .

– Employs speech

As Edgar Cook Violence, former Secretary General of the Norwegian Press Association, told Dagbladet that it is common for members of the Royal House criticizes Norwegian media, yet he is not averse to Crown Princess’ involvement.

– There are some who believe that members of the royal family should be cautious, but I would never criticize anyone who makes use of his freedom of expression. That, I believe that she can do, he says.

Cooking Violence believes that members of the royal family also can use their right to express themselves.

– But sometimes you have to take the consequences of making use of it, and it might not fit so well in that role she has. But the right to think and express their thoughts, I mean actually also members of the royal family must have, then they get rather take the consequences. The right to think and express their thoughts are paramount. Thus, it is not said that it is wisely done, he says, adding:

– For me it’s important that she gives his opinion, than that she risks her credibility as a future Queen . The most important thing of all is that she expresses herself.
