According to TMZ and E! News' sources to be Kims friend and stylist Simone Harouche have been in the apartment when the heist took place. She should have locked herself inside of a bathroom in the basement when she heard the noise, and approached his bodyguard Pascal Duvier and her sister Kourtney and told them that they had to hurry back because something was very wrong.
She texted Pascal Duvier and Kourtney Kardashian. She could not call 911 from their phone, says an unnamed source to E!

According to E! should Kim have managed to alert Simone and ask your friend to jump from the balcony to get out.
