Now reveals a source close to the couple, how Joe carefully planned evening he was free during the Christmas holiday in Hawaii.
The Wooing According to People have happened indoors at the exclusive St. Regis hotel on the island of Kauai.

– This was not an impulsive courtship. Joe contacted the hotel several weeks in advance to discuss things he wanted to do.
– He would not free outdoors, where others could see them because he was nervous that Sofia could say no, says source of the magazine.
The big event will instead have happened in one of luxury hotel’s best suites.
– It has great views of the water. Afterwards it was sent up champagne and dessert to the room.
Married at age 18
Sofia has previously been married once. As 18-year-old, she married her childhood sweetheart Joe Gonzales. Their son Manolo (22) together.
The couple went their separate ways in 1993, two years after the wedding.
Sofia has also been engaged to businessman Nick Loeb. But after two years of courtship went pair each to their in May this year. Shortly thereafter, she began dating Joe Manganiello.
Former fiance wants however Sofia luck with their upcoming wedding.
