When the new father met the press three hours after birth, 21.30, he shared proudly more information about the big event:
– For me and my wife is a great day with lots of emotion. It’s hard to describe. Seeing the woman’s power, and to see Sofia go through this. There are strong feelings, he told smiling at a press corps.
– We did not know the sex before birth. It was a choice we took early. We wanted it to be a big surprise, shared Carl Philip – who also cut the umbilical cord and shed a few tears when her son was born.
