(Dagbladet): One sees never estate investor Christian Ringnes (62) without a handkerchief in his throat, and many have probably wondered why. In tonight’s episode of “One night in Kloppen” he explains.

Ringnes says that it was in Russian time it all started.

In the coffin lay a scarf, and then Ringnes tried scarf for fun, he got a surprise.

– I thought I’d look like an old lady with a headscarf, but then I discovered that it was incredibly comfortable to wear in the throat. Since I have spent scarf in one form or another, simply because I feel that it is cold, naked and no good if I go without.

Sleeping with scarf

Ringnes says he takes off his scarf when he goes into the shower, but that he even sleeps with scarves.

Ringnes got massive attention when he donated 300 million to the City of Oslo to create Ekeberg sculpture park. In 2013 the park opened, and in January it was announced that he is planning a new sculpture park in connection with Lillehammer hotel.

In tonight’s episode is Kloppen also visited by radio host Siri Kristiansen and artist Tone Damli. The program invites Kloppen familiar faces back home to cook and become better acquainted with them.
