“Paradise” -Malin opens up about the diagnosis – kjendis.no

“Paradise Hotel” was turned upside down when Malin Havard Dotter Jensen (22) checked in Monday.

Her lively and brilliant expression has received much attention, and to Seoghør.no she explains that there is a particular reason why she has so much energy.

– In middle school I was diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve always had a lot of energy, and it has done that sitting while concentrating has been very challenging for me. But I have chosen to be open about it, because this is something very many people, and there is no shame, says 22-year-old.

ADHD is according to Wikipedia a condition that can manifest themselves in different ways, but are characterized by different degrees and combinations of attention deficit, impulsivity and hyperactivity.

Malin located in Bergen and works as a bartender.

on her blog, she has also chosen to open about the diagnosis.

– Yes, I was getting tired, but still I have so much energy that must out. It’s not always seem as good on the outside but on the inside I often very restless and thinking too much. ADHD-one mine is a bit like an enemy, but in so many situations more as a kind friend.

– Thinking how boring life would be without all the excitement, restlessness, spontaneity, all the energy and courage it really motivates you, then give you will not stop until you’re on top, she writes.

A big step for me

Malin is the contest to win and throw the ball, which means that she will not share any award. Play her will be getting most liked by all and steer people from the scenes – especially the boys.

But most important is being able to be themselves fully, so she will not have treatment.
And Seoghør.no she says that the hours of waiting in connection with tV footage has helped her to cope with their ADHD.

– I chose not to go on medication, and after that I was in the race, so I am able to sit still to read books and stuff, probably because making TV takes time! But for me it was a big step, she says.

Luckily not her grades at school, suffer from that she has ADHD.

– I’ve always been doing equestrian, and ridden on very high level and passed on elite sport for 4 years, which meant that my grades were good because of the convenience, she says to Seoghør. no.
