Massive reactions after Rune Andersen on the fly told about the bad … – kjendis.no

(Dagbladet): – I and my siblings sat up at five o’clock in the night. There has been a massive number of inquiries. Hundreds have made contact, and many have received answers. However, we will write back to all, says Rune Andersen (53) to Dagbladet.

The comedian is overwhelmed. And not the least grateful. For the first time yesterday he opened up about his and siblings growing up with a violent father.

element that aired on TV2 in connection fundraiser “Aksjon Stine Sofie Foundation,” explains Andersen among another that he used to hide from danger when it stood at its worst.

– Occasionally, it could turn the same evening. When he had something to drink, so he was not a nice man. We were afraid. There was a lot of fear, he says in the report.

– Thrown in the wall

In particular, one event left its mark in the 53-year-old memory:

– He hit my mum so she dropped a bang. She bled powerful and was unconscious. I was very scared for my mom. Dad was with her, and then, as four years old, I jumped on his back and tried to rip him off. Then he threw me into the wall, says Andersen to TV2.

Andersen is marked throughout the report. On the phone from the airport today has 53-year-old still found it hard to hold back the tears.

– It has been incredibly strong reading inquiries that we have received. There are many who have experienced similar situations, but have not dared to share his story.

– A piece of history

Dagbladet has been in contact with comedian Three Sisters, which supports the decision to share the story. They explain that it has been a useful and important working for them.

– For half a year we debated whether we should share this story. It is being presented in the report is only a tiny part of what actually happened. Then it was important for us that the information provided was one hundred percent correct, and that it was something all four could vouch for. Not only today, but in perpetuity.

Self has not Andersen managed to see the news coverage.

– I was prepared for it to be difficult. After so many years, it was enough tougher than I had envisioned. We feel a bit empty now, but it feels good and right to have told this. We look at the feedback that it has meant a lot to many. When it makes sense, he said.

– How has growing up your distinguished you in adulthood? – I have in many ways closed it out, and not let it be allowed to influence me. But the last six months I have known for strong emotions. Very few have known about this. When we were young we did not know how to handle everything. We were afraid of losing my mom. All we wanted was that Dad would disappear.

The matter was never reported to the police. The reason why siblings are now opening up about his history, is to raise awareness and hopefully help other children who are experiencing domestic violence.

– I have a wonderful family, sibling, a lovely son. In addition, I have a job that revolves around laughter – of all things. If it is possible for me, so it is possible for everyone else. One has to take his life back, says Andersen.

– Children should understand that it is not their fault. The hope now is that our history can generate many sponsors. It can mean so much to so many.
