NCIS shelves Shame-Noora on Facebook: – Should be reading in school – Nordlys

(Page2): Shame is the series everyone is talking about, and in recent weeks it has also been widely debated in the media.

In this season, we follow Noora, who from the start had status as the coolest girl in Shame.

After a party at Nikolai, his girlfriend’s brother, waking Noora naked in a bed without remembering anything. She remembers nothing, and is afraid that Nikolai might have raped her.

Later she receives a nude photo Nikolai has taken of her, without further explanation of what happened. Noora being terrified and dare at first did not tell anyone about what she thinks may have happened.

Finally confronts she Nikolai, and ends up giving him a lesson in Norwegian criminal law. For it is in fact a criminal offense to take nude photos of minors without permission, said Noora, and refers to paragraph 204 A.

Moreover homework she up on paragraph 263, about threats, and paragraph 251 on coercion. Finally she mentions alcohol under Section 1 to five, about serving minors.

Net Daily’s news editor, Erik Stephansen, described the scene in his blog:

“Noora serves lectures in criminal law that would otherwise gone target group unnoticed. But now going to sit nailed in thousands of young girls and boys consciousness – and that probably is going to be discussed and commented in Norwegian classrooms until the summer holidays and beyond. “

– This is information everyone should know about

And Stephansen is far from the only one who noticed Shame scene. On Friday shared Lisa Arntzen, social worker at DIXI Resource, which works to help rape victims and their families, Shame clip on his Facebook page.

“This Disgrace scene from NRK curriculum in school,” wrote Arntzen.

– When I saw the series I thought that this is information everyone should know about which few know. The themes of Shame Cliffs is an important issue, and that I am passionate about. Therefore I split the clip, says Arntzen told NRK.

The general manager of DIXI Resource, Rannveig Kvifte Andresen, told Side2 that there are relatively many who do as Noora after such an event.

– It is unfortunately very common, especially when you can not remember anything. Many are afraid of what stamp they can get, and ashamed very. It is a very taboo subject, although there certainly are several that have faced this, says Andresen.

Wakes one and are unsure if they have been subjected to abuse, one should go to a abuse center right away, preferably before showering and changing clothes.

– in situations like Noora, where you can not remember what has happened, there are many who are afraid of the questions they get on the sexual assault center. But it’s okay to get there to say that you can not remember anything, but that one has a nasty feeling. You will not be subjected to any form of interrogation there, they just want to get an understanding of the events and secure track, says Andresen.

– This scene should have been middle school curriculum

The clip was further shared by the National Association against sexual abuse on Monday.

“Show it to your son and your daughter, if they are in the right age. And yes, this scene from “Shame” should definitely become a secondary school curriculum. It had enough worked in 6-7.klasse too, “they write.

– Way to go, Noora!

Now also police line patrol, NCIS, raised on. They share the clip on his Facebook page, writing:

“Way to go, Noora! Neither serving of underage or threats is fine. Noora referring to the old Penal Code in terms of naked pictures of her, but Niko has done is still a criminal offense, and this provision is found in the Penal Code §311. “
