The panel of judges consisted of tonight’s Star Game Mona B. Riise, Thomas Felberg and musical artist Frank Kjosås.
It has been a long road, but for many of the artists this evening was in Star Game highlight and Heidi Gjermundsen Broch thought even she got to live out your dream role.
When all was said and done, it was Heidi who had to leave Star Game, and thus it is Maria Haukaas Mittet, Knut Erik Østgård and Trine Rein constituting the top three in Star Game.
This meant the refs tonight’s musical performances:
-
Maria Haukaas Mittet: “And I Am Telling You (I’m Not Going)” from the musical “Dreamgirls” by Tom Eyen and Henry Krieger
Maria had to immerse themselves completely into the role, and was told by guest judge Frank Kjosås that she had to live entirely in and do the song personally. So she took her equally well with his husband, Hans Marius Mittet, on stage. It got Judge Thomas Felberg to draw on smile ties:
– I hope it does not get too close to home when you sing this song like that! But one must not forget the work you put into this, and you’re so good at finding temperatures etc genre. There you have clear tonight as well.
– There is a ståpels factor here that is totally insane. I had to shed a little tear, said Frank Kjosås.
– This track is so sore and starring will force someone to love her. When you sing it, then rips it in me. How it should be done, says Mona B. Riise.
Trine Rein: “You’ll Never Walk Alone” from the musical “Carousel” by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II
Trine chose a song that evokes many emotions in many people, including her boyfriend Lars Monsen who protested against “Liverpool anthem ‘with a’ Leeds united” banner.
– There was action in the song that got me to choose this, and it’s not just a Liverpool song! It touched something in me told Trine after her performance.
Thomas Felberg was not totally agree:
– Here it is the dramatic and huge, and it suits your voice. You’ve got my hackles to rise two weeks in a row, but you hit me not quite this week.
– You sing like a storm – in a good way! shot Frank Kjosås into.
-
Knut Erik Østgård: “Ol ‘Man River” from the musical “Showboat” by Oscar Hammerstein II and Jerome Kern
Knut Erik thought he had taken a home victory with singing their choice, and were very pleased with today’s performance. The judges were not a disagrees with him:
– This happens when a rocker makes musical! You have a quality of voice that no one has, and you sing with such a cool rock Pitsj. A Norwegian rocker “nailer” musical. Fantastic! said Frank Kjosås.
– You have such a great calm voice. From the beginning you have taken with you the true grandeur yours and dissemination your hitting me, voted Mona B. Riise.
-
Heidi Gjermundsen Broch: “You Måste Finnas” from the musical “Kristina från Duvemåla “by Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson
Heidi is good known in musical landscape, and had pondered much on låtvalget.
– I had to do this song here to get done that! Behold, it is never been played in Norway before. But it is clear I know at a press in this genre, but it was nice to perform it.
Frank Kjosås is Heidi’s colleague and could not be completely impartial:
– You sing absolutely fantastic and you have taken to you the advice I’ve given you. Do not let it be a battle, but be satisfied with destiny to meet. But now I can not talk about it, because then I start to cry.
– Man looks at you like you’re an actor and you live this role. These are some of the very best you must have done! said Mona B. Riise.
This meant the refs tonight duets:
-
Trine and Heidi: “Sisters Are Doin ‘It for Themselves,” Eurythmics & amp ; Aretha Franklin
The ladies had fun during the exercises, but Trine was skeptical of the choreography during the song. Then stepped Heidi in and took on the role of the dancer of the two.
– I just dances mass while you sing, I, Trine!
Unfortunately, they are not as merry feedback of judges.
– You sing insanely good, both of them, and the song has a lot of power in himself and what have you, too. I wish you had played a bit more with the song, and I got the feeling atdet was a pure cover song. This is pirk, but I think you could have done it better, said Mona B. Riise and Frank Kjosås chimed in:
– The song is like that “what you see is what you sheep “. Perhaps the song’s dramaturgy is wrong, but this was not top notch.
-
Knut Erik and Maria: “Up Where We Belong,” Joe Cocker & amp; Jennifer Warnes
Knut Erik and Maria were giggling mood throughout exercise, and have been very pleased with the cooperation.
– It’s a dream come true for me to sing with Mary smiled Knut Erik.
The judges were pleased with the performance, and commended in particular that they had found a good tone:
– It is very beautiful, and the voices resound well together. It is sour here and there, but your rock voice, Knut Erik, I put so much appreciated! said Frank Kjosås.
– You suits the song very well. Their voices merge, and that is precisely the task of a duet, thought Thomas Felberg.
Next week the remaining three artists dabble in genres Norwegian and EDM (electronic dance music) .
