This seemed referees Star match semifinal – NRK

Acoustic guitar met glowsticks during tonight’s semi-final Star Game, and the judging panel consisted as usual of Mona B. Riise and Thomas Felberg. With them they had two guest judges, Lars Bremnes in show genre and Martin Bjercke, better known as Martin Danielle, in EDM.

When the semifinals was Knut Erik Østgård who went off with third place. Again standing finalist Maria Haukaas Mittet and Trine Rein and you can decide which songs they should sing.

In view genre got artists this feedback:

  • Trine Rein sang “We wandered samen” by Olav Stedje

– I have never sung in dialect before, said Trine nervous before the performance.

Trine is half American and has rarely sung in Norwegian. Tonight she jumped with both feet first and singing in a dialect she’ve never encountered before.

– I know Olav Stedje and would have his blessing before I sang his song. Fortunately, he wished me good luck over the phone, if so in their own way. “Stao pao” he said before we hung up, told Trine.

And the song selection kept goal for the judges:

– The song was originally written in English, but Trine , you can sing the dialect! said Mona. B. Riise and Thomas Felberg chimed in:

– It was fun to hear you in Norwegian! You sing the song well and when you hit one tone in the chorus, so I walk with you through nynorsk dictionary.

– You are very confident and I trust you when you sing this. You hit what you will, but the song slips into a poppbalade while you sing. I missed that it was more like a cradle display some places, concluded Lars Bremnes.

  • Knut Erik Østgård song “You will get a day in Maar” by Alf Prøysen

– The Fit the so well that you are from strange when you sing this, said Thomas Felberg by Knut Erik’s behavior.

Knut Erik chose a song that most of us can relate to. Even sang parents this song often for him when it was bedtime, and the tradition has Knut Erik taken me to their own children.

– This is a song we all know and it makes it scary to perform the . But you made a good presentation, and you got told this song properly, said Mona B. Riise.

– It is not easy to hit playfulness in Alf Prøysens songs, but it manages you. You make a kind of rock show out of it, but there’s nothing wrong, said Thomas Felberg.

– You made it so nice! I got the feeling that you spoke to me. You are a man who manages to tell the story through the entire visa in a very pleasing manner, concluded Lars Bremnes.

  • Maria Haukaas Mittet sang “Being able æ write” by Kari, Ola and Lars Bremnes

– I passionate show genre and have been looking forward to this night like that, Mary said.

Maria chose guest referee’s own song without knowing that Lars Bremnes would coach her.

– It was amazing to sing this song, and look into his eyes . It was stressful, but learns rich. Thank you wrote such a great song, Lars!

None of the judges’ eyes were dry after Marias forward:

– You can not expect me to be impartial now! said Lars Bremnes by Marias performance.

– I weep for joy! This can be as well. I get so extra touched for you tear me every time you stand on this stage, sniffling Mona B. Riise.

– I was very choice for the way you did it. You took some liberties with the event which I liked very much. You get a mix of large and fragile, said Lars Bremnes.

This was the feedback artists got in EDM (electronic dance music):

  • Trine Rein sang “Spectrum (Say my name)” by Florence and the Machine

– These feedback made my day, grinned Trine.

It was a big jump between today’s two genres, and Trine had decided that she had one job when she went on stage for the second time:

– I’ll get everyone in the audience to dance!

And Thomas Felberg continued dancing out in the comments:

– EDM diva Trine is in the house! The song is difficult to sing, but you have chosen right. You get my hackles to rise. This genre is more natural for your voice than you might think!

– It was so lovely to hear you with totally modern song. You dress when it’s high, low and strong. I rather think you will release a EDM disc than one display plate! cheered Mona B. Riise.

– This was absolutely fantastic! I was devastated. It was awesome. This song is so difficult to sing, and you get it absolutely perfectly! voiced Martin Danielle in.

  • Knut Erik Østgård sang “Do not you worry child” by Swedish House Mafia

– I heard my son play the song on acoustic guitar, and suddenly I am standing here! wondered Knut Erik over.

Knut Erik recommended all viewers to hide behind the cushions before he went on stage in the EDM genre, and promised guest judge Martin Danielle to make every effort to deliver on stage:

– I put the hair into a knob, or “man bun,” if I have to! said Knut Erik, and lined up in leather jacket and with her hair up.

– This went very much better than one would think! I love your rusty voice, and although it went over stock and stone in bright parts of the song, so all this competition to be an entertainer, said Mona B. Riise.

– This became a full package! This song suits actually voice, and “ninja top” setting up hair is icing on the cake one, said Thomas Felberg.

– I know you’re a little uncertain and not entirely comfortable the genre, but you notice that you give and give. This was very good, Knut Erik! said Martin Danielle.

  • Maria Haukaas Mittet sang “The only girl in the world” by Rihanna

– It was so “hot”! said Mona B. Riise of Mary’s performance.

Maria has had to work hard to get into the EDM genre and have been nervous throughout the week. She told earlier this week that being pregnant and would sing and dance at the same time is a challenge. Maria takes decided to give viewers a fantastic experience:

– The goal is that everyone who sits in front of TV to topple chips bowl of wild dancing!

And Maria managed the transition from show EDM seamlessly, should we believe the judges’ comments:

– For just a few minutes ago I sat and cried a show and then I was on Rihanna concert! You take the stage and you use your body. It was so “hot”! said Mona B. Riise.

– You give everything! applauded guest judge Martin Danielle Maria.

– There is an expression in the EDM world that says “goosebumps do not lie,” and that I have now! You were a little unsure at first, but then gives you everything, said Martin Danielle.

– It is not easy to find the way Rihanna make it, but you did and twisted song on your own . You are not a weasel from Barbados, but playing it through like a fox from Senja, concluded Thomas Felberg.

Next Saturday it finale in Star Game, and you can participate to determine which songs finalists will sing.
