See and Hear the case has received great attention in Denmark, as it is rarely cost that several editors and journalists are prosecuted for the methods they have used to acquire the view.
On the ones in the dock sat three former editors and two journalists, as well as an IT operator. Five of them were known guilty and sentenced to prison when the judgment fell in the Glostrup district court on Thursday. For the three of them were, however, throughout the verdict made conditional, thus they don’t have to zone.
The only one who was acquitted, was Per Ingdal, which was See and Hørs constitutes editor-in-chief in a half a year in 2009.

During the trial, several of the defendants acknowledged the facts, but they have still refused guilty because they believe that what they have done, is not illegal.

The first judgments in the case fell in august. After having confessed were two of the Look and Hørs ekssjefer sentenced to conditional imprisonment. At the same time endorsed the Very Media, to See and Hørs publisher, a fine of 10 million Danish kroner.
You have to go back to the 1970s to find examples of that a Danish journalist or editor has been punished with prison for an editorial review, and then there was talk about a far milder judgment. (NTB)
