Tearful Celine talked about his cancer man – VG

Although Celine Dion is making a comeback in Las Vegas this summer, the state of her husband René Angelil (73) is not good.

The news that the French-Canadian gold throat will be returning to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in August – one year after she canceled all shows indefinitely – was released earlier this week. But even though it was her husband’s throat cancer that made Dion last year chose to take pop-break, did not say the new announcement about something Angelil current health condition.

Now Dion relieved the veil in a television interview with ABC News. There she tells her husband, who until last year was her manager, is very ill.

– He can not use his mouth. He can not eat. I must feed him. He has a feeding tube, and I must give him food three times a day. I am alone in this. So I feed both my hubby and my kids, say a tearful Dion in the clip, which is posted on the website JAM.

Dion and Angelil have a son 14 years old and twin boys of four.

Angelil got cancer the first time in 1999, and in 2013 he received relapse. For a little over a year ago he operated away a tumor in his throat, and since he has not recovered again.

– Open book

Although Dion has been away from the limelight in a year, it is natural for her to share the information with the fans.

– The fans know that I’m an open book. I sing. It’s the only thing I can says popdivaen the emotional television interview.

– Now we take one day at a time, says 46-year-old.

Dion and Angelil were married in 1994-1914 years after their first meeting. Dion was only 12 years old when she was first presented 26 years older Angelil, who later became her manager and great love.

Dion has now had to hire a new manager, and his name is Aldo Giampaolo.

Long Vegas tradition

It was in March 2011 that Dion said yes to a new three-year contract in Las Vegas – two years after she rounded the first five-year period. How much Celine got to commit to three years, has never been enlightened. Three-year deal that was signed in 2003 and which was later extended to five years, sounding reportedly 900 million.

Caesars Palace Colosseum was built specifically to house Dion and her show. Since also has several other big stars performing there, among others Britney Spears, Elton John, Shania Twain and Mariah Carey.
