(Dagbladet): Last summer came news that Gunhild Stordalen fight against disease would become a documentary.
The documentary was going to be an hour long, and follow Stordalen from childhood and through her life until now .
It was scheduled to appear on Norwegian and Swedish television in 2016.
But now stops Gunhild Stordalen even film, writes Expressen.

the film was going to be a prestige project for the Swedish produsjonsselskapet Nyhetsbolaget but should now be stopped because of Gunhild great Valley disease.
– This was a documentary that was far from finished. It was under construction, but it was not possible to proceed under the unsafe situation when Gunhild relapsed, says Erik Aasheim Greater Valley Foundation EAT Dagbladet.
At the end of October 2014 did Stordalen proven the fatal diagnosis systemic sclerosis, one connective tissue disease that attacks the body’s organs and provides pronounced connective tissue formation.
Stordalen went later to special treatment for the disease in the Netherlands.
this year, however, it became known that she had a relapse of the disease. She stood on the big conference of his own foundation EAT in July, but went from there straight to the new treatment with autologous stem cell transplantation at UMC Utrecht.
Gunhild Stordalen is first in the world to receive this treatment twice.
Uncertain about the film being completed
CEO Nyhetsbolaget Asa Tillberg , told Dagbladet that documentary can not be displayed against Gunhild’s will.
– It is sad that Gunhild not want the documentary to be shown. We sit on the wonderful strong and engaging material that both portrays Gunhilds struggle for sustainable food production and her fight against the disease. Meanwhile we respect, of course the extremely difficult situation she is in, say Tillberg.
She says that they do not currently have plans other collaboration with Gunhild, but Eat is an interesting project and it can certainly be found new approaches in the future.
– This documentary was an important project for us, but it’s small project compared to our other productions, she said.
it is now uncertain whether the project will be completed.

Dagbladet has been in contact with the Swedish journalist Nadia Dyberg that has started making documentary that should have been titled “Gunhild Stordalen – my life struggle” for production company Nyhetsbolaget.
she prefers not to comment on the film, but confirms that it currently is stopped.
– it does not get any of the film, as far as I know, she says to Dagbladet.
