STOCKHOLM (AP) “To my last breath I will love you with everything I have” – Princess Sofia had performed a very private song to his beloved prince.
Saturday night the stage was set for wedding dinner Vita Sea in the Swedish castle. When the couple came into the hall, which is the largest of all the halls, they received great applause from the guests.
After the couple had sat down, took kungen responsibility to get started dinner with a toast to the bride and groom.
– I want to welcome you to this dinner, in honor of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, King Carl Gustaf.

– I go my own way
After the king , Sofia’s father and the prince had kept speaking – took the Princess herself to the word:
– Just like my dad said earlier tonight, I’ve always gone my own way. There have been so many fine speeches here tonight, so I’ll do something nice for my husband, she said, and continued:
– I’ve written down a few words to you, and now some friends of mine perform it. I love you.

Then came singer Molly Sandén out, and performed the loving and romantic song – where she sang:
“To my last breath I will love you, with everything I have. “
During the song you could see that the princess mimed with the text, and the prince had tears of joy in the islands.
According to SVT’s experts, this is the first time the bride has made a speech, and in any case made a song in a royal wedding.
– Love and joy
Before princess surprised guests Saturday night, held a touching speech groom to the bride:
– My dear wife Sofia, started Carl Philip – and received with a time full of applause and cheers from the guests.

– We did not choose the difficult road, it chose us. Every time we tried to be apart, my heart was heavy. Finally, we chose right, said a very touched prince to his wife.
– It was a decision that makes me the happiest man. Sofia, you fill my heart my love and joy. Today we prove that love conquers all. You taught me to dare to be myself, and that love knows no bounds.
The prince thanked the royal family that they took Sofia with open arms, and he thanked her in-laws its that they took he welcomed. He also talked about the nine-hour drive he had to reach in-law to ask for Sofias hand.
– Beloved Sofia, today begins a new path. I do not know what awaits us in the future, but with your love I can accept all linings to come. You are my role model. Sofia, you’re the best. I love you, said the Prince before all the guests got up from chairs and gave him a standing ovation.
Special wedding cake
The cake, which is made by Fredrik Borg Forest, Frida Leijon and Mattias Ljungberg’s something for himself. It consists of 11 cakes standing on a sculpture with a crown on top. In the middle of the cakes are made a little piece of art made from melted sugar and light.

The cake tastes of strawberry, rhubarb and pistachio, reports SVT reporters.
Two rollers
Early Sunday morning, close by 0:30 o’clock was the time finally come to bride roller – or rollers as it proved to be.
The first was with the couple, and they danced to “Sofia’s waltz” – a song they had chosen themselves and sang along the way. Amidst the dancing stopped king, queen and Sofias parents with. Gradually it became more guests on the dance floor. The next dance was a Viennese waltz.
The rollers took place in Karl XI Gallery – such occasion was turned into a ballroom and disco.
Touching speech
The first who gave a speech during Saturday’s wedding dinner was king
– Dear bridal couple. Finally we get to celebrate the wedding between the two. We have seen their fine marriage, we have listened to their love promises and we have heard the beautiful carillon that preceded the wedding ceremony – where the two became one.

The King’s Speech lasted over 10 minutes, and he reaped laughter several times. But he touched many people with their words.
– I would with great warmth to welcome you to our family. We have come to know you as a warm, secure and open person. You are engaged and thoughtful. It is a true happiness to see how you pick out the best in each other. And to see how you work together, complement and support each other, he said.

– Take care of each other
It was the princess’ father, Erik Hellqvist, who was behind Saturday’s second speech during dinner.
– Sofia, you’ve always been a person that goes your way. Sometimes there has been heavy, while other times you’ve had headwinds – anyway so you never gave up, said Hellqvist.
Furthermore, he talked about his first meeting with the prince, and that he is glad that they two parts interest in art and motorsport.
– Carl Philip, I’m not going to ask you to take care of my daughter. For it she manages fine though. But I would ask you to take care of each other. Sofia, you’ve got a kind and humble partner to share life with.

White asparagus “Princess Sofia” boiled elderberries with älvdalsrom, asparagus and gressløksemulsjon.
Norway lobster in coriander with grilled scallops, spruce spicy yuzudressing, sorrel and peas.
Roasted, salted zander from Hjälmaren with grilled vegetables, caramelized crème fraîche and smoked butter.
Peaches and bring held close arte light with white chocolate, champagne and peach-raspberry.

After the couple had driven around the streets of Stockholm with horse and carriage arrived they Logården – where guests and family stood waiting for them.
To everyone’s surprise kept the prince a speech, and the very first thing he did was to present his new wife:
– Let me introduce my wife, Princess Sofia. With great humility, I thank you for having chosen to come here to share our joy. This is perhaps one of our most beautiful and important memories, a memory we will take with us on, the prince said and continued:
– The fact that so many will be here to celebrate love shows that Sweden is a hot countries. Thank you.
Sofias new title is now His Royal Highness The Princess Sofia, Hertiginne of Värmland.
