The stars of grief by James Horner’s tragic death – TV 2

A shining light has been blown out, and it can never be replaced.

How referred James Horner sudden deaths of his colleagues . Monday he died namely when light aircraft he was driving crashed in California. He was alone in the plane and died at the age of 61 years.

The famous film composer has created music for a number of major movies, including Titanic, Aliens, Braveheart, Apollo 13, Avatar and A Beautiful Mind. For music in Titanic, including the famous My Heart Will Go On, he won two Oscars.



Hollywood is in mourning

Now Hollywood in mourning after the message about the death. Celine Dion are among those who express their grief.

– René Angelil [husband and manager, editor] and I am in deep sorrow over the tragic death of James Horner. We will always remember him as a great composer in our hearts. James played a big role in my career. We will miss him. We send our greatest sympathy to his family and friends, writes Dion on its website.

– My greatest condolences to the family and friends of James Horner, writes actor Russel Crowe on Twitter.

One of the greatest of his generation

Alan Menken, who is also an Oscar-winning composer, says Horner was one of the very best film composers of our generation.

– I will always treasure the memories with him and his wonderful works, he says, according to E Online.
