Looked at over 50 farms
The production company spent a long time deciding which farm they would choose to this season of The Farm.
– We traveled around and looked at 50-60 farms, and also asked the municipalities to advise us of places that could be relevant. That’s how we found Løntjernbråtan says Melland-Orerød to Rome Blad.
When they reached the place the first time, they realized that the pursuit of new farm was over.
– We realized immediately that there was something special about this place. It is extremely picturesque, and we rarely find places located so isolated, says the manufacturer.
– We have felled many trees make it more bright and open, sow new lawn and prepared areas to be cultivated.
He will not reveal exactly how much money they put down.
– I note that some have tried with some estimates, says Melland-Orerød but can divulge so:
– It has never been done in any other farm before a recording!
A Record interest
The 6,000 applicants signed up for this year’s The Farm.
– There is a new record. We get all kinds of applicants, and soon picked out all that should be included, says the manufacturer.
