Orin Snyder, a lawyer for Johns company Rocket Entertainment Group, denies the allegations.
– This baseless lawsuit coming from a disgruntled former security officer, who is trying to get out undeserved payments, Snyder said in a statement.
– These claims are patently untrue, and is contradicted by Numerous previous statements of this claimant.
According to ABC News was not Wenning at work as a police officer when the alleged harassment allegedly occurred, but was at work through a private company – which he also suing.
