– We can eat the world better, day by day. To think about what we put on the plate, one of the important things we do, not only for their own health, but for the environment, says an enthusiastic Gunhild Stordalen (37, told Dagbladet.
The environmentally conscious doctor and his wife Petter Stordalen, spoke recently during meal Joy conference in Stavanger. the conference is organized by the government, and the Minister of Health, Minister of agriculture and Fisheries is present. – for us in the rich part of the world, the rule of thumb that we must eat less meat and ready meals, and more plant-based diet. we must throw less and stop thinking about the best before stamp. we must return the grandmother taught us, one must smell and taste of the food, she says to Dagbladet.
Although not Gunhild loves to cook, she admits.
– I do not think Petter has seen me make as much as a cheese sandwich. he thinks I can not cook, and he has enough absolutely right. I’m not the one who has read most cookbooks and food magazine. But I am very fond of eating food, says the doctor, who also shares with the newspaper that the shape of her going up and down day.
