“Mindless comedy without surprises” – iTromsø

There are hundreds of them. Comedies where half serious and a loser mate must sharpen up because something important is about to happen in the life of a close family. They try, fail and dishes all up again in a crazy manner.

This is also the film “Mike & amp; Dave Need Wedding Dates. ” You see the drawing?

The creators have not added any big job in the title of the movie once.

Free vacation

The brothers Mike (Adam Devine) and Dave ( Zac Efron) is namely family two black sheep who always put every family gathering in ruins behind him. When her sister Jeanie (Sugar Lyn Beard) is getting married, giving the father of the brothers them an ultimatum to acquire proper dating, so someone can keep them at bay during the wedding party.

Brothers couple put challenge on the web where the lure of free ride to the wedding in Hawaii. Girlfriend Princess Alice (Anna Kendrick) and Tatiana (Aubrey Plaza) is convinced that this is a good opportunity to get a free vacation and charms boys completely.

Good actors

the plot is fighting thin motivation of the actors are non-existent and dialogues are strongest when Zac Efron directly citing the famous Elvis song “Love Me Tender.”

the person who is most praised in this film is the person who has been responsible for casting. Here we namely familiar faces from cult series “Parks and Recreations” (Aubrey Plaza) and “Workaholics” (Adam Devine). In addition, both Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick high marks in an otherwise unimaginative story, which admittedly clever to portray both girls ‘and boys’ perspective.

American humor

The problem with humor in the “Mike & amp; Dave Need Wedding Dates “is not that the story is predictable and they’re playing high party or klein proportionality factor. It is simply that the creators do not bother to build up jokes properly.

There is no trace of the cycle-humor and it might seem as if the writers have found the “fun” things to do along the way while they filmed. Thus, you get no visual comedy, but rather sitcom, as it is known through “sitcoms” on TV.

I believe stubbornly that this could just as easily been set up at the theater and been just as funny, but “Mike & amp; Dave Need Wedding Dates “is far from the worst offenders on the topic.

The film contains some cool party scenes, and a memorable massage scene, which you will not forget.
