(Dagbladet): The profiled TV2 pair Jan Ove Årsæther (45) and Siren Henschien (46) has gone from one another. He works as a news and sports editor of the channel, while she is the host of current affairs series “Saturday magazine.”
Both parties confirm the breach to Dagbladet. It was VG who first publicized case.
Siren Henschien says the following Dagbladet:
– Jan Ove Årsæther bought a house in the spring, and took out the separation.
TV 2 profile does not wish to give any further comment. In an SMS to Dagbladet writes Årsæther that the couple were separated just before summer.
– It is true that we before summer were separated and I have moved into a separate house in the same neighborhood in Bergen. Beyond that, I have no further comments, he explains.
It was in 2002 that the couple met for the first time. There at work party in the Hall on the occasion of the TV channel’s tenth anniversary.
Dagbladet met the couple in 2012.
– I worked in Oslo and Siren in Bergen. We knew each other since both worked in the newsroom, but our first conversation was during the party here ten years ago. Two years after the first meeting in the Hall, they got married, and together they have three children. Henschein has three children from a previous relationship.
– We got three children at 15 months. Siren had three before, so we were one big family. All this happened at a time when I was news editor, TV2 started Nyhetskanalen and we renovated the house in Bergen, said Årsæther Dagbladet in 2012.
