(Dagbladet): In the end of august, it was known that Kristin Størmer Steira (35) was expecting a baby with her husband Devon Kershaw (34).
Term was in January, and now have the couple’s first child come into the world. It confirms Steira even in an SMS to Dagbladet:
- I can confirm that we have been given a girl, yes, she writes.
The freshly baked ettbarnsmora adding that her daughter came into the world at Ullevål hospital on Thursday 26. January.

Married in 2015
When the news of the pregnancy first became known in the autumn, the couple was anxious to know if they are expecting a boy or a girl. Now, they have therefore been parents of a little daughter.

35-year-old grew up with three siblings, and said to See and Hear a half years after the wedding that she hoped to have the pleasure of forming a great family a time.
- Yes, we have the desire for a family, she told the magazine.
Collected medals in a number of years
Steira is the olympic champion in the relay event from the OLYMPIC games in 2010, and has a total of three world CHAMPIONSHIP gold medals in the relay. Her big break came in the 2004/2005 season, when she won her first race in the world cup.
In the Sochi OLYMPICS in 2014, she took the bronze in the 30 km freestyle, and she also has two world CHAMPIONSHIP silver in addition to three bronze medals in the world CHAMPIONSHIP.
In the Norwegian championship in skiing, she has a total of four gold, six silver and five bronze. In 2015 she put up that langrennsutøver. In the fall of 2016, she was current in “Shall we dance” on TV 2.
