Stein Bendixen (53) had tried to get through that caller on the radio program “Popquiz” for several years. When he first came in, everything went wrong.
When presenter Pia Skevik (34) would take into the first caller, she realized that something was not as it should.
For Stein Bendixen, who would guess pop songs in the popular P1 program, had been having problems at sea. The engine had started to burn. It took a few seconds before it dawned Skevik that he spoke the truth.

Bendixen was out with his 23 foot day cruiser when inboard engine suddenly caught fire. He was ready to jump into the sea when some Germans in a rented fishing boat suddenly came up along the side of his boat.

On the way over to the other boat he set foot on a fishhook as blood spurted. He tried to assure Pia that blood had stopped drizzling and would like to participate in the competition, but they concluded that it was best he got medical attention immediately.
When VG contacted Bendixen Saturday afternoon, was he in good spirits but with an injured foot.

Although he says he can not see nothing but humorous at the situation.
