(Page2): Earlier this week went Vibeke Skofterud hard against Biggest Loser Norway, and called it “a horror example of what to postpone a human.”

Biggest Loser trainer Adrian Paul answered criticism with the question: What is the alternative for these people? Is it better to die of obesity?



– The time is past

In Monday’s episode, the participants really feel the body how much weight loss has meant. During the week’s competition must namely run around with all the weight they have taken off.

– It was really heavy and terrible to wear. I do not really understand how it was possible to walk in the past, says Lars, who had to carry around 31.3 extra kilos.

May Jorunn have the same experience.

– It’s a wake. The time is past, they will not back the pounds, she says.

Thankful to run

Romina Dehzani to add 25.3 kilograms on his back, and do not know how she managed to live with so much extra weight. Before Biggest Loser found 25-year-old it was hard to walk the 10 minutes from the parking lot to the job. Now she runs intervals.

Lin Fjeldhammer (39) is also grateful that she will not have to carry around all that extra weight. She remembers back to when she first came to Holmsbu, and how hard she thought it was the first few weeks.

– I felt that life was totally freaking, and I did not understand why I had been so fat, says Lin.
