Early Friday morning was the final order of the Eurovision Song Contest decided, after among others Norwegian Morland & amp; Debrah Scarlett took on from first semifinal.
There it was decided that Norway will start as the ninth country into the finals. Vivi Stenberg, music responsible for MGP, says to NRK that she is satisfied with the start number.
– Immediately I think that it’s a nice start number. Competition is underway and it is part rockin ‘tunes ahead. The Norwegian number comes in and becomes a visual and genre oasis among all the others.
Fires gunpowder at once
Sweden has received stratum ten and should therefore at just after Norway. It has caused many to react in social media. Stenberg says she understands the reactions.
– I think the it sounds like a bit odd decision. These are the only two Nordic tracks left in the competition. So to keep the interest up from Nordic viewers, I think it could be wise to spread the two tracks.
Still, she does not believe it will have any effect on the outcome for Norway.
– Serbia and Lithuania is right before us. They have two colorful and quite cram visual songs. We are a nice respite for TV viewers.
