It was a little obvious that inhabitants of Harstad Maiken Sæther Olsen (21) would be a short stay in the Robinson Expedition after she almost was been home already in the first øyrådet.
Worthy finalist
But Maiken proved through five long weeks on the isolated island in the Philippines that she certainly deserved a place in the final with Julian and Rolf.
Won 300 000
In the past øyrådet were Voted participants who should decide who they thought deserved the victory and the most votes went to Maiken, thereby also could collect 300 thousand dollars in prize.
Unreal experience
For Maiken seemed the experience of sitting in front of the winner totally unreal and it took a while before she actually realized that now it was over.

– There were thousands tanks for through my head. I was crazily proud, and it’s totally crazily feeling when you’ve been on the island for so many days and the last one standing – it can not be described, says Maiken TV 2.

On Sunday evening celebrated Maiken the grand finale with good friends and family. There was also time for a selfies.
Extremely dedicated
Host Christer Falck believes Maiken was a worthy winner.
– As compassionate and playing, so she did everything right. She is simply a very nice girl who tend to get themselves friends and is extremely dedicated to what she does. It was really fun to follow her because she got some bad out and was a bit clumsy at first, says Falck.

– It is always nice to see what one is good for and that first impressions may not always correct, so it was lovely to see who I am and what I’m good for, says Maiken TV 2.
TREATING little brother
First prize was a check for three hundred thousand dollars.
– What are you going to use the money for?
– I have not got the money yet, but I do not think I’m going to use some of those. I’m going to pay off some loans and so I want to bring my little brother on a nice vacation, concludes this year’s winner of Robinson Expedition with a big smile.
