Tonight played Foo Fighters front of a nearly packed Telenor Arena – again.
It may come as no surprise that the band fills up the nearly 23,000 seats, but many may question the why Foo Fighters play at just Telenor Arena again.
As Foo Fighters was in Norway in 2011 had in fact major problems. The public address system broke down again and again, the band’s major irritation. Yet it was never an option to drop Norway at the ongoing world tour.
– Not us! We dropper never Norway. It does not happen, says drummer Taylor Hawkins to NRK.
Why not?
– Because Dave (Grohl, journ.anm.) love death metal too much to it.
Rock prince smiled a guilty smile.
Although Kygo and Nico & amp; Vinz doing its best to put Norway on the musical world map, it is the black and hard music we Norwegians are known abroad.

Love Kvelertak
Dave Grohl, who before joining the Foo Fighters played in Nirvana and Queens of the Stone Age, has a close relationship with grueling music from Norway.
– Yes, I love death metal, says vocalist and smiles.
Grohl is also known as one of Stavanger band stranglehold biggest fans.
– I’m from the old school, so I did not hear about it much when I was young. But as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to love it, says Grohl.
Should the Viking Museum
This time the band has also imposed tour manager to enter well in Norway . There are in fact some attractions band will see.
– Yes, we are here in a few days. I’d like to go on the Viking Museum, says Grohl.
– I think we’re going into the ski slope, I heard that it was pretty cool, says bassist Nate Mendel.
But it is not just the band that will see Oslo at its best. This time is also family on the tour.
– We’ve all been children on tour, now we take our kids on tour, says Hawkins.
– It’s so cool to have the kids on tour. To wake up every morning with their children and then stab and hold a concert is the best in the world, says the drummer.
