SEOGHØR.NO: Sunday 5 July, Prince William (33) and Duchess Kate (33) daughter, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana (2 months) baptized in St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham.
Only the kins was invited to the royal baptism, but thousands of royalists and curious people had gathered outside the church in hopes of getting a glimpse of the newborn princess before and after the solemn ceremony.
Thursday shared Kensington Palace public portraits of the great event with the public.

Brilliant happy images
The beautiful portraits taken by star photographer Mario Testino (60), who for years has worked with all the major designers, fashion magazines and celebrities.
The British royal family has known Testino for years, and he and others took picture of Princess Diana for Vanity Fair’s cover in 1997, and the official engagement photos of William and Kate in 2010.
– Prince and Duchess of Cambridge, and the whole their family, had a fantastic day on Sunday, and they were happy to be able to share this special event with the thousands of people who turned up at Sandringham.

The Proud tobarns parents also directed a special thank you Mario Testino on social media that he had set up for them and perpetuated memories of her daughter’s special day.

Princess Charlotte, who was born on May 2nd this year, was baptized in the same beautiful christening robe as that big brother Prince George used his baptism in 2013 .
The dress in silk, satin and cotton, are made by Queen Elizabeth fixed seamstress, Angela Kelly. It is a replica of the 170 years old dress as Queen Victoria had made his first daughter in 1841. The dress should have been used for over 60 infant baptisms – and was exhausted when it fell on the museum in 2004.
