Celine out of “Star Game” – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): Saturday got artists dabble in two radically different genres: Gospel and heavy metal.

Read Dagbladet reviews song for song here.

After all had performed two songs each was eventually Celine Helgemo and Heidi Gjermundsen Broch standing again with the fewest votes.

Helgemo drew the shortest straw and had to leave the competition.

This means that Heidi Gjermundsen Broch, Maria Haukaas Mittet, Trine Rein and Knut Erik Østgård get another chance next Saturday. It’s time for musical and duet.

20-year-old has been the competition’s youngest participant, and pulled out Black Sabbath heavy metal song “Paranoid” as “Star Kamps’ funniest performance for her part.

In addition, she sang LeAnn Rimes’ “Ready For A Miracle” under gospel portion of the program.

– I felt it on me all night, and when Kaare Magnus (Bergh, presenter, journ.’s note.) said my name, so it was perfectly fine. I go out with their heads held high, and I think I came a long way, I said Helgemo about Exit to NRK.

Saturday’s broadcast was the seventh at this year’s “Star Game” -season. Read Dagbladet reviews of hip-hop night here, Big Band evening here and country-evening here.
