The sum corresponds to a staggering 467 million Norwegian kroner. The claim is divided between the companies that own and operate the hotel Nashville Marriott and Michael David Barrett, the man who filmed Andrews.
The case revolved around shooting happened at the Nashville Marriott in 2008, but Barrett will also be filmed Andrews on several occasions. In 2009 he felt guilty of having “Stalker” Andrews and made the movie. Barrett was then sentenced to two years and six months in prison.
Andrews demanded basically $ 75 million in damages. Nude video of her went worldwide via the Internet, and she explained that it meant that she was seriously mentally ill and experienced both depression, crying spells and insomnia.
37-year-old now works as a sports journalist for Fox and has formerly employed by ESPN.
