Here is the button you’ve been waiting for – Sarpsborg Arbeiderblad

Thumbs up is all very well, but many also missed the opposite on Facebook – thumbs down.

And Tuesday announced Facebook boss himself, Mark Zuckerberg, that it comes. The company has previously said they did not want it, but has thus changed his mind, writes Daily mail.

– People have asked about a “thumbs down” button for several years. Today is a special day, because I can inform you that we are working on it and will make it told Zuckerberg during a question and answer session from the company’s headquarters in Sunnyvale.

Facebook has refused for such a button, for fear that it will be used as a function of weighting posts up or down.

– We do not want to make Facebook a forum where people vote up or down others’ status updates. It is not a society we want to create. Nobody wants to share moments that are special to them ladle, for someone to “vote it down.”

– But we want to give room to empathize. Not all moments shared are good moments, which is sad.

But when an “empty down” Capability come is not yet timed.

– It’s surprisingly hard to get a solution that is simple. (ANB)
