Thumbs up is all very well, but many also missed the opposite on Facebook – thumbs down.
[Manager] And Tuesday announced Facebook boss himself, Mark Zuckerberg, that it comes. The company has previously said they did not want it, but has thus changed his mind, writes Daily mail.
– People have asked about a “thumbs down” button for several years. Today is a special day, because I can inform you that we are working on it and will make it told Zuckerberg during a question and answer session from the company’s headquarters in Sunnyvale.
Facebook has refused for such a button, for fear that it will be used as a function of weighting posts up or down.
– We do not want to make Facebook a forum where people vote up or down others’ status updates. It is not a society we want to create. Nobody wants to share moments that are special to them ladle, for someone to “vote it down.”
– But we want to give room to empathize. Not all moments shared are good moments, which is sad.
But when an “empty down” Capability come is not yet timed.
– It’s surprisingly hard to get a solution that is simple. (ANB)
