SEOGHØR.NO: In September could See and Hear reveal that Tone Damli and roommate Mark Foss planned to demolish their newly acquired villa in Bærum.

It was just before the summer of last year the couple sold the apartment at Frogner in Oslo and went to the purchase of the villa to 9.4 million on Blommenholm – over one million over asking price.

initially planned Tone and Markus to renovate the villa, but the project was so extensive that the most appropriate was to demolish the house and then build again.

In documents submitted Bærum municipality, it emerges that the couple plan to set up Housing Partner’s readymade “Holmegaard” in husserien “manorial”.

According Domestic Partner’s website is “Holmegaard” one of their most peculiar house with 5.2 meter ceiling in the great hall.

Property usable area is the entire 301 square meters.

Seoghør.no have been in contact with the Director of Communications in Housing Partnership, Tracey Mickelson, who can not comment on customer relationships.

Mickelson says however that “Holmegaard” is a very popular house.

– For many Holmegaard very definition of dream house with large double stairs, an open spacious hall with a ceiling height of over five meters, and great opportunities for different layouts. Enough with space

Done house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one laundry room and several lounges. There are, however, plenty of room for more in the house if the couple wants to give his daughter Billie one sibling in the future.

– It may well be that we become more family eventually. But so far as we are going to enjoy life with only Billie for a while. But we think the that having siblings is a very nice thing when, said Tone and Markus to See and Hear last year.
