2015 was the year when super blogger Sophie Elise Isachsen (21) changed their blog drastically. Some post about makeup, clothes, parties and lifestyle, it appeared also several posts where Isachsen has strongly engaged in different social debates.
She has written about refugee crisis and palm oil debate , and she has shown off the naked truth about how bloggers portray their lives .
From not having won a single blog award previously, she has first been named ‘Best blogs on celebrity gala in November, and tonight she is named the same on blog norway’s Eve, Vixen Awards.
Won two prizes
blogger was nominated in five categories Friday night and won in the category Obsession of the Year and blogs.
– Before I went here I was reading comments from my readers, stupid as I was, and was told that I have a booger in my nose and my nipples seem. Now I’ll take a picture of this award and show that there are no big deal , said Sophie Elise to the audience at the awards ceremony.
– I thought really that you had to have sex with someone on the jury to win, but then I dropped it, and then I know that next year, said Sophie Elise when she won tonight’s other award.
– It is totally sick! The goal ahead now is to get girls to feel cool. I want to be an inspiration, and I would say to young girls that they should give a little hell and be just who they want to be, says Sophie Elise to TV2.
– A reflection of my life
She explains that the change has happened on the blog over the past year, due to the change she has been through.
– The blog is a reflection of my life. The change over the past year is not planned, it has only been like that. It has been a very exciting year. I’ve learned a lot again and given new challenges, to participate in debates, says Isachsen.
Named powerful media woman
Website Medier24 named just Isachsen, who tops the Norwegian blog list, to become the most powerful media-woman. Blogger was recently subjected to grueling criticism of journalist Anki Gerhardsen, who claimed that Isachsen teaches young girls how “appearance can be fixed through body corrective surgery.”
Many people have taken to speak out and supports Isachsen, among other blogs and author Cathrine Cheering Berg (25), who thinks it is frightening and degrading that Sophie Elise’s opinions should not count, just because she has silicone.
– Something as degrading as Gerhardsens words, it is long since I have read, wrote Cheering Berg in December.
