Seer Storm
– There are a lot of “The Farm” right now. And it’s terribly fun, announces Fiskum.
It has not stood still around 54-year-old in recent weeks. Having landed in conflicts on television, has Trønder been peppered with insults and hate speech from viewers on social media. But Fiskum has never allowed himself pill on her nose.
– I just have to laugh it off, it’s so silly. People think they know me based on what they see on TV, and they’ll just keep on, she says, and shows off a picture in which some have compared her with a character from “The Muppet Show.” Laughter is the ceiling.
She is not a woman who takes things hard. But for two and a half years ago Fiskum a message that sent her to the basement.
– It was bad
Ei of her very best friends had died in a drowning accident. Boat capsizes at sea, and life could not be saved.
Fiskum was hit by a grief she had never known before.
– It was very, very hard. We tilbringte time together daily, were neighbors for a while and studied together. It was an incredibly painful news to receive. She was only a few years older than me. It was bad, she says quietly.
At this point Fiskum youngest son 17 years. Her oldest is as much as 14 years older, and Fiskum had children living at home as long as she “could not remember”.
She rarely had time to themselves.
– When my friend died, I began to think about how short life is. It was time to give a little to myself, too, she says.
Searched last year
To sign up for “The Farm” was something Fiskum had wanted long. She submitted an application to last season, but was never picked out. Overraskelen was therefore great when production company called her before the summer.
– They had my application landscape and wondered I was still interested. It was me, of course!
As the effervescent Trønder smoke out of competition yesterday, about a month before the finals, she was admittedly tired of being isolated from the world.
– But I do not regret for a second that I accepted. We had so many nice moments in there, and I have met many nice people insane, she says.
Thrive alone
Fiskum’re single, and then Dagbladet spoke with her for recording, she had no plans to put up “a guy” on television the farm.
Marital status is remained unchanged for “The Farm,” and 54-year-old likes to reason to have it that way.
– I must admit that I find it terribly nice to be alone, she says laughing.
– When I’m at home in Brasov, I tend to lock the door, take me One Piece (soft dress garments, journ.amn) and throw me on the couch. When I’m enjoying myself properly. All alone!
– But you have not given up the love?
– Nope. I just can not be bothered to look for it, responding Fiskum.
star in his native village
“The Farm” -participants have long since returned to everyday life and work as a nurse in Namsos – which she incidentally is a star day.
– I’ll never gone home from the grocery store anymore. Sometimes I use several hours just to get to the checkout, because I talk to everyone. But that was it maybe before I joined “The Farm”, too. I have always been chatty, she says, and adds:
– It’s probably more of a hindrance for those who go along with me.
Even life has gone further by drowning accident almost three years ago, it is not a day that Fiskum thinking of his deceased girlfriend.
– She’s with me all the time. Fortunately, I have the ability to put heavy things behind me, one should not linger over things that are always bloody. When one is just crazy. Life goes on.
