After she divorced her German Daniel Giersch (41) in 2010, his US visa revoked and Giersch was deported in 2012.
The ex-husband then took their children and moved him back to Europe.
Giersch was awarded full custody of the children in France, and Rutherford has since been forced to travel to Monaco to be with his son Hermes (9) and daughter Helena (6).
Lost custody
Now the famous actor completely lost custody of their children, writes Daily Mail.
After several years of struggle established a judge Daniel Giersch get the full custody of both children. Kelly Rutherford can only meet them in France or Monaco, and are not allowed to take the children to her home in the United States.
Bankruptcy
When Rutherford first lost custody of her children should the actor have called the decision shocking, illegal and offensive.
The long judicial process has been so financially demanding for the actor that she had to turn themselves bankrupt in May 2013 after allegedly having used $ 1.4 million in the fight to get their children back.
