The prince from “Three Wishes for Cinderella” reported declination to Monday’s new premiere at short notice.
SEOGHØR.NO: On Monday afternoon, the scene is set for the premiere of the digitally restored version of the Christmas favorite “Three Wishes for Cinderella”.
The Czech film classic 1973 has been “refurbished” for approximately 80,000 euro, or just over 760,000 kroner in Norwegian EEA funds.
According regjeringen.no was the original plan that several of the film’s stars would attend the international new premiere on Nasjonalbibilioteket in Oslo.
Shortly before the screening, it has become clear that none of them emerge, NRK reported.
Demanded too much money
Nina Mari Bræin, press officer at the National Library, told Seoghør.no that Pavel Trávníček (65) – who played the Prince in the film – canceled Oslo visit get days in advance.
– we think it is sad that Pavel Trávníček not come. Trávníček arrived Friday night with a financial claim which could not be met, and he therefore decided to cancel the trip, says Bræin.

Neither libuše šafránková (62), who played the role of Cinderella, is expected to the new premiere. The Czech film beauty has kept a low public profile after the success of the movie.
