“Downton Abbey” star Hugh Bonneville has been happily married for 17 years.
SEOGHØR.NO: In the TV series “Downton Abbey” – which ends with the very last episode on NRK 2. Christmas Day – is Hugh Bonnevilles character deeply in love with his wife Cora , played by Elizabeth McGovern.
But in reality it is a very different woman who has captured the hearts of the “Earl of Grantham.”
Private has 52-year-old married to Lulu Willams in 17 years. The two have son Felix (12) together.
The famous actor does not hesitate to praise his wife for the efforts she has made at home.
– I stand in enormous debt for her. She has made it his priority to be there for Felix and me. She has been a rock, he has previously told the Australian magazine Woman’s Day.
The couple grew up not far from each other in West Sussex in England. But the two lost contact and was first recognized 17 years ago.
– I was not going to beat me to rest but then I met a wonderful person. I thought “this is her I want to be with.”
While his character in the popular television series keeps a distance to the little children in the family, Hugh yourself a very dedicated father.

For Woman’s Day, he says that he and his wife tried to have children for a good while before Lulu was pregnant.
– Felix was really wanted and we feel blessed that got him.
