Considering not DVD or Blu-Ray
Barbro Hardersen Media Authority underlines that it is important to remember that the age limit should not be confused with the film’s target audience.
– Target is the one think the film is relevant and which may be of interest to it, while the age limit set for malicious principle of proportionality.
