Caitlyn Jenner (65) can risk a year in prison – TV 2

Police in Los Angeles have terminated the investigation after the fatal accident Caitlyn Jenner was involved in earlier this year, according to AP.

Can be charged with bodily harm

Caitlyn Jenner (65), known from TV 2 Bliss series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” was involved in a car accident in which one person died.

Jenner dropped even from the accident unharmed, but now risk imprisonment for bodily harm resulting in death.

In its 161-page report concludes the local sheriff that “Jenner started a chain collision» which led to the death of a motorist on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Sheriff Department, Nicole Nishida, says investigators have found evidence that Jenner was speeding. She should not have driven over the speed limit, but when the cars in front stood silent, came SUV her running at full speed into the queue of cars.

SUV drove into the rear of a Lexus, which ran into the wrong direction. The driver of the Lexus, 69 years old Kim Howe, the victim of the accident, and was killed when she crashed with a Hummer.

Nishida says that the matter will be clarified next week, and that the public prosecutor shall determine the punishment Jenner will get.

If she is indicted, she can risk up to a year in prison.
