Presenter abused on racist websites – NRK

“- Just got msg that this picture, which I’m dressed as a viking woman in connection with Everything for Norway Season 1, has been abused by several racist websites, including Stop mass immigration and Stormfront.org etc. with both text and slogan on. “, she writes on Instagram account along with its picture to have been abused.

Bruusgaard was first made aware of this via Facebook.

– I received a message on Facebook by a person I did not know who had been aware of this through a website that removes such images. She sent me an example where my picture was used, says Bruusgaard.

The image should also have been abused at several sites other than the two Bruusgaard even mentions in his post . Her first thought was why make people aware that this takes place.

– It’s nasty to know that the picture is supposed to flourish in several sites that I do not know about. I was really upset and wanted to tell.

– Have you experienced anything like this before?

– No, I have never experienced anything like this before. It feels really disgusting, since it is the site with attitude I take extreme distance. There here are really just over, she says.

McBride also said she hopes people understand that neither Bruusgaard and the program does not account for some of the same attitudes as these sites .
