Lynn Anderson died at a hospital in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday night. She was hospitalized with pneumonia after a vacation trip to Italy and got a hjerteinfatkt, reports TMZ.

Lynn Anderson is one of the really big legends within country genre. Best known is she hit “Rose Garden,” which topped the charts worldwide in the 70s.
She won numerous awards for its country music. She continued to make songs almost until his death and the album “Bridges” was released in June this year.
Norwegian genealogy
Country Asterisk had Norwegian idea and in 2012, she contacted Tore Strømøy for help to track down his family in Telemark. She wanted to know where her family had emigrated from and eventually she got to meet his family on Vrålstad farm in Telemark.
